Seasonal Summer Fruits, Goat Cheese, Spicy Mustard Microgreens w/ a Poppy Seed Dressing Drizzle
Ingredients:
Fresh Peaches
Blueberries
Poppy Seed Dressing
Crumbled Goat Cheese
Microgreen Spicy Mustard
Directions:
Peel half of the peaches, but if you don’t like the skin, then peel completely.
Cut fruit into medium-sized chunks. Cutting too small makes for a juicy salad.
Berries stay whole
Combine fruits in a medium sized bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
Gently drizzle mixed fruits with your favorite poppy seed dressing.
Serve fruits on individual dishes with crumbled goat cheese and topped with Hardee Greens Spicy Mustard Microgreens
